From intense blinding low sun, to plants surviving in deep frost. Forest bathing encourages a closer look and a slower pace 💚🌳 Friston forest this morning, we felt lucky to be treated to dappled sun. This was my 4th practical session (training with the excellent @tfb_institute 🙌💫💚)
